This call for evidence (CfE) looks at how criminals use the UK telephone system to carry out fraud.

At present, the scale, nature, and impact of vulnerabilities is not fully understood.

This CfE seeks to:

• build robust evidence of these risks
• identify proportionate measures to improve accountability and safeguards
