HMCTS Third-Party Courts and Tribunals Data Licence

You need to apply for a Third-Party Courts and Tribunals Data Licence if you would like to perform computational analysis on data published by the Court and Tribunal Hearings Service.

Details

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the National Archives, and the independent Judiciary, has designed a new licensing framework for the re-use of HMCTS data.

The Third-Party Courts and Tribunals Data Licence will provide raw data published via the Court and Tribunal Hearings Service to approved licensees for the purposes of computational analysis.

Apply for an HMCTS Third-Party Courts and Tribunals Data Licence. Before you apply make sure you read the full application guidance and check that your systems have compatibility with CaTH’s application programming interface (API) requirements.
