This Knowledge base profile has been updated in the Names section to show when HM Passport Office will add an observation to the British passport referencing the name shown in the customer's foreign passport.

Updated the birth certificate section to show that Denmark birth certificates do not contain any previous names held by the parents, and updated the identity documents section to show what documents will confirm a change in change.

This document has been updated to explain what a Multilingual Standard Form is and that HM Passport Office cannot accept them.
