This country-by-country guidance explains whether or not you can give evidence by video link from each country in a UK tribunal case. It explains which kinds of tribunals you can do this for and what to do before you can give evidence.
If the country you want to give evidence from is not listed, contact the Taking of Evidence Team at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) at toe.enquiries@fcdo.gov.uk or contact the relevant tribunal.
You should read our guidance on giving evidence from abroad in UK court cases and tribunals for advice on what else you may need to do.
