The Secretaryanti-dumping ofduty Stateon forwelded Business,tubes Innovation, Science and Tradepipes isfrom publishingBelarus, aChina, noticeand underRussia subsectionwas 13(4)imposed ofby the TaxationEuropean (Cross-BorderUnion Trade)on Actbehalf 2018 and regulation 70(10) of the TradeUK Remedies (Dumping and Subsidisation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to extend the existingother anti-dumpingmember duties following the expiry review.states.

The Secretary of State transitioned the anti-dumping duty to continue applying in the UK after the transition period. Following a transition review, the anti-dumping duty ceased to apply to welded tubes and pipes from Russia and galvanised tubes were removed from the measure. The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) has concluded a reconsideration of the transition review and reinstated the anti-dumping measure on galvanised tubes.
