Pathways to Work Innovation Fund

The Innovation Fund was announced by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Pat McFadden, on 14 July 2026.

It forms part of Pathways to Work, which will support disabled people and people with health conditions to access the benefits of good work through an offer of personalised work, health and skills support. The Innovation Fund is one strand of this approach.

The Innovation Fund is open to applications from the public, private and voluntary sectors across the UK.
