Service for immigration advisers to download and upload files relating to asylum claims.

If you’re an immigration adviser, you can use this service to download and upload files relating to asylum claims you’re working on.

Paralegals and administrative support staff can also use this service.

You can continue to manage asylum claims through email and post.

You cannot use this service to claim asylum. Read how to claim asylum in the UK.

Using the service for the first time

You need to get an invite before you can create an account.

Getting an invite

If you’re an immigration adviser, email a letter of authority to asylumcentralcommunicationshub@homeoffice.gov.ukahrocentralcommunicationshub@homeoffice.gov.uk.

Use Saythe thatsubject youline want‘MAC toPortal’ useso ‘Manageit asylumgoes claim’to andthe giveright your Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) registration number.team.

YouThe team who invite you cannot getgive you information about individual asylum claims through this email address.claims.

If you’re a paralegal or member of support staffstaff, who works on asylum cases, an immigration adviser in your organisation with an account can create an account for you.
