The advisory AI Growth Lab is a new sandbox that helps innovators develop and deploy AI products and services with greater confidence, by supporting them to navigate existing regulatory frameworks.
Legal services is the first focus of the lab.
The lab aims to speed up responsible AI adoption in the legal sector and improve access to justice for the public, by helping to make legal services higher-quality, faster and more affordable.
The Legal Services Board, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and the Information Commissioner’s Office will all provide regulatory support.
