This document explains the regulatory landscape for developing and operating fusion energy facilities in England and Wales.

It sets out the main regulators and approvals that may apply across the lifecycle of a project (including planning, health and safety and environmental permitting), and signposts where developers can find further guidance and engage with regulators.
