Dabrowski & Whitehouse and Communication Workers Union: 20-22 October
The Applicants made two complaints under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rules in relation to its 2026 branch elections.
Ali and British Medical Association: 10-11 November
The Applicant has made six complaints, covering disciplinary proceedings by the union and other separate matters under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
Coe v TSSA: 17-18 November
The Applicant made two complaints under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the Union had breached rules in relation to disciplinary proceedings when it refused to circulate the Applicant’s appeals at the Annual Conference 2025 and Annual Conference 2026.
Further, the Applicant submitted that the Union breached implied rule of natural justice by failing to give him notice of charges against him and an opportunity to state his case.
Baird v NASUWT: 24-25 November
The Applicant made two complaints under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the Union had breached rules in relation to an election held in 2025, when it denied the Applicant an opportunity to present an election address to the Union’s Executive Committee.
Bates, Floyd, Mangan v TSSA: 2-4 February 2027
The Applicants made separate applications under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rules in relation to its 2026 National Treasurer elections and disciplinary proceedings against Mr Bates.
Farwell v UCU (2): 8-9 February 2027
The Applicant made a complaint under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the Union had breached rules in relation to its disciplinary procedures and implied rule of natural justice.
Plummer v Unite the Union: 24-25 February 2027
The Applicant made six complaints under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the Union had breached rules in relation to its decision making meeting and election procedures.
Smith v Unite the Union: 3-4 March 2027
The Applicant made two complaints under sections 30 and 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the Union had refused to the give Applicant access to its accounting records; and that it breached rules in relation to convening a Special Executive Council meeting.
Hughes v Prospect: 25 March 2027
The Applicant has made one complaint, under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rule relating to constitution and proceedings of a decision-making meeting.
