Use this licence to move sheep, non-breeding animals of other species and all slaughter animals from a bluetongue Restricted Zone (RZ) to the free area of Scotland.
For any movement, make sure that you:
- only use a licence if you meet all the conditions
- use the latest version of the licence as they are occasionally updated
- keep a copy with you when you move animals under the licence

The list of breeding animals that are not permitted to move under this licence unless they are moved for slaughter now includes breeding bulls, pregnant cattle, breeding bucks/billy goats, pregnant goats, breeding stags, pregnant deer, breeding male camelids, and pregnant camelids.
