This guidance is for local authorities.
The deadline for all disapplication requests relating to the 2027 to 2028 financial year is 16 November 2026. For requests received by this date, we aim to communicate decisions in time for local authorities to submit the authority proforma tool (APT) and provide maintained schools with their budget shares.
