  1. Updated question 1.12; added new questions 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 3.3 and 3.4.

  2. Re-numbered question 1.2 to 1.3; added new question 1.2; updated questions 1.7 and 1.12.

  3. Updated the answer to question 1.11 (Do we need to film practical assessments? If so, how long must we keep the digital content?).
