  1. Added a new section ('Refresher training').

  2. Updated questions 2.2, 2.3 and 2.5 to include details about the close protection top-up training.

  3. Updated question 1.12; added new questions 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 3.3 and 3.4.

  4. Re-numbered question 1.2 to 1.3; added new question 1.2; updated questions 1.7 and 1.12.

  5. Updated the answer to question 1.11 (Do we need to film practical assessments? If so, how long must we keep the digital content?).

  6. Updated in response to points raised during our recent webinars. The answers to questions 1.1, 2.3, 2.5, 3.1 and 3.2 have been amended accordingly.
