The Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations 20222023 (legislation.gov.uk) retained and amended the Bass Measures 2020 as per Article 10 of Council Regulation (EU).
This means that revised measures on vessels catching European Seabass were introduced on 211 MayApril 2022.2023.
The bass control measures described implement measures designed to manage fishing effort to help protect and improve bass stocks.
Bass limits for 2022 and 2023

Bass authorisations letters issued remain valid into 2023.
