This guidance tells caseworkers how to consider applications from existing workers of overseas businesses with a presence in the UK who wish to enter or remain in the UK to work under the Global Business Mobility routes of the points-based system.

  1. Guidance updated to reflect that the Australia and New Zealand Free Trade Agreements are now in force and to add further Swiss qualifications that are considered to be equivalent to a UK degree in the Service Supplier route.
