Details

The Short Form Contract is the contract between you and the supplier. It consists of a Covercover Letter,letter, an Orderorder Form,form, the Conditions,conditions, and the Annexes.annexes. You must prepare the Covercover Letterletter (if used), and the Orderorder Formform prior to tender. You must also decide whether you want to use any of the optional annexes.
