Details

The Short Form Contract is the contract between you and the supplier. It consists of a Cover Letter, an Order Form, the Conditions, and the Annexes. You must prepare the Cover Letter (if used), and the Order Form prior to tender. You must also decide whether you want to use any of the optional annexes.
