Service issues

If there are any issues with the service we will tell you about the temporary arrangements to keep your goods moving.

Scheduled maintenance

Saturday 17 February 2024 6pm to 7:30pm

Scheduled maintenance for the Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight system will take place from 6pm to 7:30pm on Saturday 17 February 2024.

During this time, you will not be able to:

  • add import declarations 
  • add export declarations
  • validate goods movement references

Where possible add declarations to the goods movement reference before or after this scheduled maintenance.

The GVMS core service will be fully available during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
