If there are any issues with the service we will tell you about the temporary arrangements to keep your goods moving.

Scheduled maintenance

Scheduled maintenance for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS) 30will mintake outageplace from 6am to 7:45am on SaturdayThursday 15th13 June 10pm-10.30pm2024.

DueDuring this time, you will not be able to:

• add import or export declarations
• validate goods movement references

If possible, you should add declarations to plannedgoods maintenancemovement workreferences onbefore or after the scheduled maintenance.

The GVMS youCore service will be unablefully toavailable obtainduring andthe updateCustoms aDeclaration goodsService movementdowntime.

Scheduled maintenance for the GVMS). will take place from 10pm to 10:30pm on Saturday 15 June 2024.

Once the maintenance is completed, declarations submitted in this downtime will be processed.

Goods movement references (GMRs) remain mandatory for freight movements using GVMS.

Hauliers without a valid goods movement reference (GMR) will be turned away.

You should not turn off goods movement reference validation during this period of downtime.
