Details

The Secretary of State for Business and Trade has accepted a recommendation made by the Trade Remedies AuthorityAuthority’s (TRA),reconsidered decision and is giving effect to that recommendation inunder accordanceregulation 14(9)(b) with paragraph 17 and 19 of Schedule 4 to the ActReconsideration andRegulations regulation 92 of the regulations to apply a varied definitive countervailing duty on ironing boards from Turkey.
