Both the 33-year year and 55-year year rates for SAYE share option schemes will change on the 15th day following a change in the Bank of England Bank Rate, as set out in the SAYE bonus rates automatic mechanism.

HMRC are undertaking a review to consider options to simplify the SAYE Bonus Rate Mechanism. The bonus and interest rates are being held at 0% with effect from 30 June 2022 while this review is being undertaken.
