Details
Both the 3-year and 5-year rates for Save As You Earn ( SAYE ) share option schemes will change on the 15th day following a change in the Bank of England Bank Rate, as set out in the SAYE bonus rates automatic mechanism

Examples of Bank of England bank rates for Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme have been added. This is to prepare for when the new SAYE Mechanism comes into effect on 18 August 2023.

HMRC are undertaking a review to consider options to simplify the SAYE Bonus Rate Mechanism. The bonus and interest rates are being held at 0% with effect from 30 June 2022 while this review is being undertaken.
