Details
There is now no statutory requirement to carry out end of KS1 teacher assessment. This guidance has been produced to help schools who still wish to use teacher assessment frameworks to inform their classroom practice, so that they can get the best from them. It also provides guidance to help with internal moderation of KS1 teacher assessment.
The phonics screening check in KS1 remains statutory. For more information, please refer to the separate phonics screening check guidance.
