Services have been taken out of maintenance mode

Scheduled downtime to Apply for design and Apply for Orphan works licence added.

All IPO Services, with the exception of Search For Patent, will be unavailable for planned maintenance from 6:30am to 10pm on Saturday 11 October and 7am to 10pm on Sunday 12 October added.
