For help using IPAFFS (Import of products, animals, food and feed system), the PHES (Plant Health Export Service) or EHCO (Export Health Certificates Online):
You must send a report to APHA if you know or suspect that someone has committed fraud, bribery or corruption in relation to the safeguarding of animal and plant health.
Report non-compliance
You can also report someone for not complying with the rules for animal welfare and plant and bee controls by using the APHA Intelligence Report Form.
Get help with investigations and inspections into genetically modified releases into the environment, including seeds, fish and animals but excluding food.
