This calculator assists travel concession authorities to calculate reimbursement to bus operators for carrying concessionary passholders under the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS).

To calculate reimbursement for the tax year 20262025 to 2027,2026, use the 20262025 to 20272026 calculator with the:

The 2024 to 2025 calculator was updated as part of a review of the ENCTS. The 2025 to 2026 calculator has been updated to reflect inflationary data.

The 2024 to 2025 calculator is retained for comparison purposes only.

The National Archives has copies of previous concessionary bus travel reimbursement calculators, including versions used beforeprior to the 2023 review of ENCTS.
