Information on severe weather warning for Malta on 19 and 20 January
Severe weather, including strong winds, are expected across Malta and Gozo on Monday 19 January and Tuesday 20 January. Public transport will be disrupted; the Gozo ferry is suspended. Malta International Airport is expected to remain open but this could change at short notice. The Government of Malta has advised people to stay indoors where possible, and avoid coastal areas. Monitor local media for further updates.
