Details

These reports focus on identifying and understanding impacts for our vulnerable users and how we can support them.

We updated the plan in October 2021 to highlight action taken for our users.

They link to the HMCTS Recovery Plan and cover four main priority areas to help support vulnerable users:

  • vulnerable people having the support they need to access and participate in court and tribunal services
  • services being accessible for vulnerable users during COVID-19
  • signposting which meets the needs of vulnerable people
  • collate evidence and identify COVID-19 impacts on court and tribunal users.
