This guidance is for Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) providers of the Work and Health Programme including JETS provision.

  1. Changes to chapters 2, 2b, 3 and 15.

  2. Updated Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance, chapters 2 and 2b. Changes listed in WHP memo LRM 78.

  3. Updated all the chapters of the 'Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance'. The main change being a new section 1: ESF requirement changes.

  4. Updated paragraph 11 and added new paragraphs 12 and 13 to chapter 14 of the Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance.

  5. Updated Chapter 3: Acknowledging referrals, initial Participant engagement and registering a start (WHP Core) and Chapter 16: Performance Management, Assurance and Compliance Monitoring.

  6. Updated the following Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance documents: Chapter 3: Acknowledging referrals, initial Participant engagement and registering a start (WHP Core) - HTML attachment updated; Chapter 3b: Acknowledging referrals, initial Participant engagement and registering a start (WHP JETS) - HTML attachment updated; Chapter 11: Programme completers and early exits - HTML attachment updated; Chapter 13: Funding Model - HTML attachment updated.

  7. DWP has changed the Work and Health Programme information including the JETS provider guidance to let you know that ESF requirements do not apply to participants who started on or after 1 November 2022. All documents and guidance that reference this change have been amended.

  8. Updated Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance, Chapter 11: Programme completers and early exits, to include two new paragraphs 22 and 23.

  9. Updated Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance. Chapter 1: Introduction and Overview, amended paragraphs 9, 10 and 11. Chapter 4: Action planning, added new paragraphs 12 and 13. Chapter 11: Programme completers and early exits, amended paragraphs 20 and 21. Chapter 15: Data Sharing between DWP and Providers, added new paragraphs 68 and 69.

  10. Published a revised version of the provider guidance. In addition to revisions, all the chapters are now annotated that ESF requirements do not apply to participants referred on or after 1 November 2022.

  11. Removed Afghan resettlers from the list of Early Access Groups in paragraph 18 of chapter 2.

  12. Updated Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance chapters 1: Introduction and Overview, 3: Acknowledging referrals, initial Participant engagement and registering a start (WHP Core), 3b: Acknowledging referrals, initial Participant engagement and registering a start (WHP JETS), 4: Action planning, 6: Working with Participants with complex needs and /or additional support requirements and 11: Programme completers and early exits. Changes relate to Obtaining a Participants Signature.

  13. Updated COVID-19 guidance in Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance chapters 1, 3, 3b, 4 and 11.

  14. Updated Work and Health Programme including JETS provider guidance chapter1, paragraph 11 bullet points and chapter 2, paragraphs 1 and 9. Deleted references to: 'periods of furlough are not counted' and 'not be in receipt of payments from the Self-Employed Income Support Scheme (SEISS)'.

  15. Made updates to chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 and 15 and added new chapters 5a, 5b, 7, 8 and 9.
