FollowingThis themeans earthquake,that the Japan Meteorological Agency has issued a Nankai Trough megaquake alert - meaning that there is a heightened risk of a large-scalesignificant earthquake whichaffecting could affect large parts of Japan.Japan is higher than usual.

People in Japan are advised to takefamiliarise precautionarythemselves measureswith for a heightened risk of a further earthquake per the the Japan National Tourism Organisation safety advice as a precaution, and follow any further advice from localnational and nationallocal authorities.
