Care homes

There’sFor care homes, there’s a new version of the record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet to use from 19 May 2021. The updated spreadsheet will let you register both polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test kits and rapid lateral flow tests at the same time.

Other setttings

AfterHospices, theextra organisation-basedcare registrationand portalsupported isliving updated,settings youshould willcontinue not be able to use a previous version of the same spreadsheet toas register tests.before.

Please only use the most recent version of the multiple upload spreadsheet to register coronavirus tests.tests for your organisation.

You can register up to 100 tests on the spreadsheet. You’ll need to complete separate spreadsheets for staff and non-staff.

The guidance provides information on completing and uploading the record-keeping spreadsheet.

  1. Added the record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet for hospices, extra care and supported living settings.

  2. Updated 'Multiple registration upload guidance' in line with the new version of the spreadsheet introduced on 19 May and changed Scotland NHS support numbers to 119. Deleted the previous version of the spreadsheet.

  3. Added multiple registration spreadsheet to use from 19 May.

  4. Updated to add a video demonstration of registering mulitple test kits on the portal.

  5. Guidance has been updated to show changes to data fields within the record keeping spreadsheet and provide more advice on how to complete and upload this successfully. A video has also been published to support users in successfully completing a new process for outer return box tracking. Also updated 'Record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet (from 26 February)' to fix minor validation errors and improve the registration experience.

  7. Replaced the record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet with a new spreadsheet to use from 26 February 2021.
