There’s a new version of the record-keeping (bulkmultiple upload)registration spreadsheet to use from 2619 FebruaryMay 2021,2021. above.The updated spreadsheet will let you register both polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test kits and rapid lateral flow tests at the same time.

After the organisation-based registration portal is updated, you will not be able to use a previous version of the spreadsheet to register tests.

YouPlease shouldonly downloaduse andthe fillmost inrecent thisversion spreadsheetof nowthe somultiple thatupload you’respreadsheet prepared for this change. Do not try to register thiscoronavirus spreadsheet before 26 February.tests.

You can register up to 100 tests on the spreadsheet. You’ll need to complete separate spreadsheets for staff and non-staff.

The guidance provides information on completing and uploading the record-keeping spreadsheet.

  1. Updated 'Multiple registration upload guidance' in line with the new version of the spreadsheet introduced on 19 May and changed Scotland NHS support numbers to 119. Deleted the previous version of the spreadsheet.

  2. Added multiple registration spreadsheet to use from 19 May.

  3. Updated to add a video demonstration of registering mulitple test kits on the portal.

  4. Guidance has been updated to show changes to data fields within the record keeping spreadsheet and provide more advice on how to complete and upload this successfully. A video has also been published to support users in successfully completing a new process for outer return box tracking. Also updated 'Record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet (from 26 February)' to fix minor validation errors and improve the registration experience.

  6. Replaced the record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet with a new spreadsheet to use from 26 February 2021.
