Details

There is a new version of the record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet to use from 26 February 2021, attached above.

After the organisation-based registration portal is updated, you will not be able to use a previous version of the spreadsheet to register tests.

You should download and fill in this spreadsheet now so you are prepared for this change. Do not try and register this spreadsheet before 26 February.

You can register up to 100 tests on the spreadsheet. You will need to complete separate spreadsheets for staff and non-staff.

The guidance provides information on completing and uploading the record-keeping spreadsheet and will be updated soon.

See guidance on getting tested.
