ThereThere’s is a new version of the record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet to use from 26 February 2021, attached above.

After the organisation-based registration portal is updated, you will not be able to use a previous version of the spreadsheet to register tests.

You should download and fill in this spreadsheet now so youthat areyou’re prepared for this change. Do not try andto register this spreadsheet before 26 February.

You can register up to 100 tests on the spreadsheet. YouYou’ll will need to complete separate spreadsheets for staff and non-staff.

The guidance provides information on completing and uploading the record-keeping spreadsheetspreadsheet.

  1. Guidance has been updated to show changes to data fields within the record keeping spreadsheet and provide more advice on how to complete and upload this successfully. A video has also been published to support users in successfully completing a new process for outer return box tracking. Also updated 'Record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet (from 26 February)' to fix minor validation errors and improve the registration experience.
