Withdraw funds from your cash account for CDSCustoms Declaration Service declarations

Find out how to withdraw funds from your cash account if you need a refund.

YouFunds can withdrawbe fundswithdrawn from youra cash account,account butas youlong mustas withdrawthey fundsgo to a bank account that is registered to the owner of the cash account.account owner.

Request a withdrawal

ToFill requestout a withdrawal you’llrequest needform to fill out a CDSCAW1(CDSCAW1) and returnsend it to:

Withdrawal checks

To make sure the funds are only paid to the cash account owner, HMRCwe will check the:

  • cash account name
  • Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number
  • company name
  • requester

How long it takes

We aim to process all UK requests within 5 working days. Your funds will be in your bank account within 7 to 10 working days following processing.

If you need help withdrawing funds from your Customs Declaration Service cash account, contact the HMRC accounting centre by telephone on 0300 322 7064 and select option 1.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Closed on weekends and bank holidays.
