We also hold training events and webinars on specific funding schemes and areas of forestry. We encourage you to sign up in advance to ensure your place.

Woodland and agroforestry advice drop in
25 June 2026
Join Forestry Commission advisors between 9am and 1pm for informal, one-to-one conversations about woodland creation, management and agroforestry. Whether you’re just curious or already planning, this is a chance to ask questions and get tailored advice.
We can talk through opportunities under the England Woodland Creation Offer, Countryside Stewardship and the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI), as well as how trees might fit alongside your existing farming system or land holding.
There’s no need to book, just drop in for a chat over coffee and biscuits. If you’re interested, you can also sign up on the day for a free on-site visit with a Forestry Commission land use advisor or agroforestry officer to explore options in more detail.
