  1. Added new version of the spreadsheet and guidance.

  6. Added column for Royal Mail barcode reference to spreadsheet.

  7. Replaced 'Record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet (to be used by all adult social care settings from 1 July)' with 'Record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet (to be used by all adult social care settings)'. The spreadsheet has been replaced to fix a bug for users operating a certain version of Excel. Removed 'Record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet'.

  8. Updated the spreadsheets to allow coronavirus test results to now be uploaded in bulk.

  9. The multiple registration upload guidance has been updated. Added a note to say that from 1 July, all adult social care settings should use the new version of the record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet.

  10. Replaced 'Record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet: care homes' with a new version.

  11. Added the record-keeping multiple registration spreadsheet for hospices, extra care and supported living settings.

  12. Updated 'Multiple registration upload guidance' in line with the new version of the spreadsheet introduced on 19 May and changed Scotland NHS support numbers to 119. Deleted the previous version of the spreadsheet.

  13. Added multiple registration spreadsheet to use from 19 May.

  14. Updated to add a video demonstration of registering mulitple test kits on the portal.

  15. Guidance has been updated to show changes to data fields within the record keeping spreadsheet and provide more advice on how to complete and upload this successfully. A video has also been published to support users in successfully completing a new process for outer return box tracking. Also updated 'Record-keeping (bulk upload) spreadsheet (from 26 February)' to fix minor validation errors and improve the registration experience.
