All the contact details you'll need to get in touch with the Student Loans Company (SLC) about your student loan repayment.

If you need help with your student finance, you can find help from your award authority:

Read the guidance on repaying your student loan before you contact SLC Repayment.

If you want someone else to deal with your account on your behalf, you need to give SLC your consent by phone or post.post.

Sign socialin mediato your student loan repayment account to:

  • check your balance
  • make a one-off repayment
  • set up and amend Direct Debits
  • check which repayment plan you’re on
  • check and update your bank details
  • print proof of your repayment plan if you need to show it to your employer
  • tell the Student Loans Company (SLC) if you’ve changed your contact details
  • repay in your local currency if you’re living overseas – this includes recurring card payments

You need to update your details if you:

  • Facebookget a letter or email from the SLC asking you to update your employment details
