Crime

  • Updated: FromThe Single Justice Procedure has been extended to include the prosecution of companies. For some minor offences, companies can now be prosecuted without the need to go to court.
  • Reminder: Since Monday 162 January 2023, queries about Common Platform magistrates’ court cases in the south-eastnorth-east willare bebeing handled by our service centre.
