General

Update: The Royal Courts of Justice Group is running a survey to better understand all users’ experiences of contacting and visiting the site. This will help identify areas of improvement and make positive changes for everyone. The survey is open for responses until Friday 21 July 2023 and should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.

Reminder: We’ve launched our 2023 Communications and Engagement Survey. We want to find out what you think about the way we communicate and engage with you. This will help us understand how you access our information, what works well now and how we can improve. Complete the survey.
~~Update:~~Reminder: We’re seeking feedback on proposals for a new three-storey court in Blackpool. A 4-week engagement period will run from Monday 26 June to Monday 24 July 2023. You can give your feedback by attending consultation events in Blackpool, or through the engagement website.

Reminder: Legal professionals can join one of our regular online support sessions to get help with activating or logging into your account, accessing case information, checking in for a hearing or any other aspect of Common Platform. Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Thursdays at 9am. Book a drop-in session.
